Brendan has been caring for my property for the last four years and he gets my highest recommendation. For my yard and home he’s done everything from lawncare and spring clean-up to creating a front step, installing replacement windows, and making a custom inset bookcases. Brendan came to our rescue this spring when we were unable to do our spring clean up of hedges and flower beds. When I called Brendan he came right over and was so friendly and sincerely enthusiastic about helping us out. It was clear that he truly enjoys his work! He was able to come and clean up our property a day later. We were thrilled to see how lovely it all looked when Brendan was done! Our flower beds were beautifully cleaned out and mulched! The hedges looked better than we had ever done ourselves. We recommend Brenda and his BP Property Maintenance company without reservation!

Thankful to have found Brendan from BP Property Maintenance! Last summer I was having a graduation party and the day before the party our lawn mower died.. someone contacted Brendan for me and he came that same day… he has been doing my yard ever since. This fabulous crew of workers (BP Property
Maintenance) tackled a tough job involving replacement of my house’s roof, soffits, fascia, gutters and repair of skylights & chimney areas.
Brendan kept us “in the loop” on their progress &
